Hiya!..... I'm Angie... mother of two, grandmother of two, a Licenced Acupuncturist, a Weight Loss Coach and a woman, who was 2 stone over her happy weight, who decided in 2017 that she was no longer going to be part of the Yo-Yo Dieting life!!!
"They say that a sign of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result."
Well that was me.... insane.... I would join a slimming club, be highly motivated, loose a load of weight.... something would trigger me off and weight would start creeping back on... well sometimes pouncing back on!!
Slimming clubs are great for dieting plans, accountability, the socializing, and much more........ but why could I never maintain the weight loss??
So, now I was on a mission.... I studied, researched, completed courses.. started my journey to my true weight loss goal...... using tools that suit me and not going to the gym (as you get to know me you'll realise I'm not into exercise lol).
I now maintain my weight !!! Plus, a Certified Weight Loss Coach!! Whoop whoop!!.... don't get me wrong, I still have my moments, days, weeks....but the difference is, now I have the tools to rectify my actions and stop myself becoming a Yo-Yo rider.....
